Guinlets

Sitting atop one of the rolling, verdant foothills for which the Gers is renowned, Guinlets is a comfortable, spacious and tranquil Gascon manoir and guest wing, with a stunning view of the Pyrenees.

 

With its thick walls that guarantee year-round insulation, complemented by recently installed geothermal heating, it combines old and new to best advantage.

The house and guest wing each have their own bespoke oak kitchens; two lounges, very different in character but both with cosy wood-burning stoves; two half-turn staircases, both with a wow factor, one being ancient and majestic, a central feature of the house, whilst the other is in oak combining modern, airy lightness with practicality.  

 

The house has five bedrooms and two bathrooms; the guest wing has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
